AI training for shopping malls in Malaysia

Help your mall team put AI to work.

Give your people a clear way to use AI for tenant replies, campaign briefs, leasing preparation and daily reporting. DMR builds practical workshops around mall work, with exercises using the tools your team can access and checks they can apply before using an output.

For marketing, leasing, operations, customer service and management.

Request a training proposalSee example workshop tasks

Your team needs more than a good AI demo.

A leasing manager, customer service officer and marketing executive handle different tasks. A general demonstration can leave each of them wondering how to use it in their own work.

You need learning they can recognize: a tenant discussion, a visitor complaint, a campaign brief. Otherwise, staff can leave inspired while the same work problems remain.

We build the practice around those tasks, so your people have a clear place to start.

Experience in the sector

Work with a guide who knows the context.

Workshop applications

Bring the work your team recognizes.

Examples of exercises we can scope for a workshop. These illustrate possible learning tasks; they are not claims about projects delivered for the named malls.

Marketing & events

Turn an approved campaign brief into audience ideas, a channel plan and an agency brief.

Practice output: A structured campaign outline with objectives, audience, constraints and review questions.

Human review: Check claims, budget assumptions, timing and fit with the mall's positioning.

Leasing

Prepare for a tenant discussion using an approved tenant profile and a synthetic lease scenario.

Practice output: A meeting brief, questions to ask and negotiation options with their tradeoffs.

Human review: Keep lease terms, concessions and commercial decisions with authorized staff.

Operations

Convert a maintenance scenario into a draft SOP or a notice about a temporary disruption.

Practice output: A procedure or notice with an owner, sequence, escalation points and missing information flagged.

Human review: Verify operating facts and safety requirements with the responsible team before use.

Customer service

Draft a response to a visitor or tenant complaint using a provided incident summary.

Practice output: A clear reply that acknowledges the issue and sets out confirmed next steps.

Human review: Check policy, promises, personal information and escalation needs.

Finance & management

Prepare commentary from a sample performance report with figures supplied for the exercise.

Practice output: A concise management update separating observations, possible explanations and questions.

Human review: Reconcile every figure to the source and separate evidence from assumptions.

HR & administration

Use an approved policy extract to prepare an onboarding guide or staff FAQ.

Practice output: A draft resource with source references and unanswered questions for the policy owner.

Human review: Check policy wording, permissions and personal data before sharing.

How to get started

Three steps to a useful workshop.

01

Share the tasks that matter

Tell us which teams will attend, the work they need help with and the tools they can use.

02

Agree your workshop

We agree relevant scenarios, data boundaries, learning goals and the delivery scope with you.

03

Practice and review

Your team drafts, checks and improves outputs, then identifies a suitable task to apply after training.

The goal: staff who can brief a task clearly, check a draft against the facts and know when an authorized person needs to decide.

Common questions

Planning AI training for your mall.

Which shopping malls have been represented in DMR training?

DMR's shopping mall training experience includes participants from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, AEON, The Exchange TRX, IPC Shopping Centre, the Curve, Aman Central, Centerpoint Seremban Mall, Centre Point Sabah Shopping Mall, Kompleks Bukit Jambul, Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang, Strand Mall, The Waterfront @ ParkCity and Wetex Parade. These are participant affiliations, not a claim that every property commissioned an in-house program.

Can you train departments beyond mall marketing?

Yes. A workshop can be scoped for leasing, operations, customer service, HR, finance, general management or mixed teams. The exercises and depth should reflect the participants' responsibilities and starting confidence.

Do participants need to upload tenant or lease information?

No. Exercises can use synthetic tenant profiles, fictional lease scenarios and sanitized materials. Agree data boundaries and approved tools with your organization before training.

Can the workshop use our existing AI platform?

We start with the tools, licenses and features your participants can access. The scope and exercises are agreed around your approved environment, rather than assuming everyone has the same accounts.

Can we arrange an in-house AI workshop for our mall?

Discuss your departments, participant experience, preferred tools, timing and practical tasks with DMR. We use that brief to agree the format, trainer and learning level. Fees and any follow-up are scoped to the engagement.
